Yawn!

An initial study conducted by London researchers showed that dogs really have the rudimentary sense of empathy. How? Through yawning. Dogs can catch the mouth movement of a man yawning and then imitate it as a form of empathy. This is a pretty interesting study about the behavior of dogs.
As they studied 29 dogs who observed human yawning, 21 dogs imitated the phenomenon. This gave them the conclusion that dogs may really have the ability to emphatize. Understanding more links to this behavior requires more study. However, isn’t this enough to prove that dogs are really our bestfriends?
